This three bedroom house is in the heart of the romantic district, one block from the beach and right next to restaurant row.  Everything is within walking distance.

This house is one of a kind.  It is one of the old grand houses of the past, built in Hacienda style.  Everywhere you look, you will see some sign of how eclectic this house is - a nook over the staircase with an angel looking over you, an arch over the kitchen bar, the palapa roof over the dining room, it is definitely a house of Puerto Vallarta.  No condo style cramped space here.

The ground floor is over 3,000 square feet.  The kitchen has every fancy pot and pan you will ever see in a rental, with a huge stainless steel gas oven and double door steel refrigerator with ice maker.  Need more ice?  No problem - there is an ice maker in the laundry room.

The dining room is open air, under a palapa, with a table large enough to fit up to ten people comfortably.  The living room is also open air and perfect for that afternoon cocktail.  The family room has a 52" television, cable and over 100 DVD's to choose from.  Also comes with a small desk for your laptop.  It has Internet and wireless service.

he three bedrooms are upstairs. The in-suite bedroom has a large, modern bathroom with double sink, large bathtub and marble tile. The bedroom has a walk-in closet, king size bed and large balcony. The second bedroom is medium sized, with a double bed. The third bedroom is large, with a king size bed and small balcony over looking the street. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, television with cable and air conditioning.

In between the bedrooms is a sitting room with couch, chairs, coffee pot and small refrigerator for those who wish for a little private time.

Los Muertos Beach is the only public beach in town, lined with great restaurants and full of beach chairs and umbrellas.  Go parasailing, ride a banana boat, fish off the pier, or just laze around in one of the many beach chairs and people watch.

The romantic zone, or Old Town, is full of small shops, coffee bars, book stores and charm.  Restaurant Row is a full six blocks of restaurants - most high end - and wonderful boutiques.  Casa Tecali is on a side street, right in the middle of it all.
